The Company
The company was formed in early 2007 by our managing director Karen Talbot with our head offices in Stokesley North Yorkshire with additional consulting rooms around the uk.
Karen with over 15 years experience working within occupational health decided to implement and develop a diverse portfolio of high quality best value services to enable clients to source all occupational health services from a single provider thus allowing clients to experience and benefit from an efficient, cost effective and high quality business focused provider within a single managed contract.

Occupational Health Needs Analysis
Through an audit model we provide an onsite visit by one of our specialist advisors to ensure that you have the correct level of service based on primarily your risk assessments and taking into account your organisational financial confines.
Quality of Service
We work within bespoke service level agreements within which specific key performance indicators are agreed and set. These are reviewed regularly throughout the contract with our contract managers and your organisation to ensure an effective and high quality service provision.
With the inclusion of real time KPI monitoring within our case management system administration team can see the real time progression of each individual referral activity to facilitate proactive client response times.

The Tripartite Relationship
Occupational Health is currently at the forefront of Human Resource management strategy in these difficult financial times. The inclusion of Occupational Health provision within the tripartite relationship of both HR and Health and Safety promotes a proactive and cost effective approach to employee health and sickness absence management.

Contract Process
Stage 1
- On-site needs analysis audit of your organisation
- Full in depth report with recommendations for practitioner level and proposal for Service Level Agreement and Key Performance Indicators
Stage 2
- Proposal agreement and introduction of assigned practitioners
- Development and agreement of Service Level and Key Performance Indicators with client
Stage 3 (Optional)
- Presentation of occupational health services to HR, management team, line managers or workforce
Stage 4

- Initial contract periodic review to measure compliance to SLA and KPI within 1st month of contract
- Periodic reviews based on minimum quarterly meetings
