Client Correspondence – This is any correspondences that are directly associated with our clients or our clients employees.
Medical Record/Notes – This is an official record that holds in depth patient medical and clinical prognosis and must only be viewed by qualified medical professionals and is under the direct governance of the Access to Medical Reports Act 1988
Diverse Health Solutions Strictly Forbids The Electronic Sending Of Any Document Listed Above Without 256 Bit Or Greater Password Encryption And Read Only Status In The Form Of PDF Or Equivalent. All Encryption Passwords Are Provided Separately To The Encrypted Document In Separate Emails In Order To Unlock The Encrypted Data Securely.
